Sorry if this been asked before.
Question: Is there a method to filter a vast collection of midi drum loops and have the Ableton explorer find similar beats. I'm referencing the library function in Tootrack Easy Drummer ... where their library will suggest other midi loops that are like 70% or 85% similar, allowing a non-drummer to layout a song. The problem with Toontrack is that it ignores "user midi" from this process, so you're stuck with whatever midi you have purchased strictly from Toontrack.
I'm just trying to shortcut the process of audtioning tons of loops or attempting to write my own as I just want to concentrate on my instrument (guitar) and composing songs from a melodic point to view.
My last option is to just buy a ton more Toontrack midi packs.
