Push 3 non-Standalone keeps freezing crashing

Hi.
I got a Push 3 and it keeps freezing and crashing. It happens after a few minutes and I have to turn it off and on but after a few minutes it happens again. Seems this has been happening since Push 1 since the posts Ive found online are very old. The issue is so prevalent it is practically useless.
Win11 pro 64bit
AsRock Z790 LiveMixer motherboard
Intel 15 13600k
no video card, using 2 monitors connected to motherboard.
32gb ram
Ableton 12 Standard
Push 3
Everything to latest version
I already sent a ticket to support but since the issue seems to be widespread, maybe I could help a bloke in the same situation.
Observations, just saying fwiw:
- While push is froze, if I go to Live and click the tracks with the mouse, the Push change as well even with the sequencer working out, pads change colors etc. it is just unresponsive.
- Sometimes the crash involves the screen glitching out and freezing but most of the time it freezes like metioned and thescreen goes dark.
- in Live settings there are 2 sets of Push 3: Port 2 and Port 3. Read some post mentioning that this could be an issue so I disabled all check boxes in Port 3 however it still crashes. Same post suggested to delete the duplicate entries but I dont know where the folders are.
- There is a ? in device manager Other Devices that say Ableton Push 3 xPort but read is some post that this is normal but who knows.
- I have other hardware synths that I MIDI with USB but while I troubleshoot this I just have the keyboard, mouse, push and audio interface (tascam model 12) connected to USB.
-Push 2 is connected using the supplied USBC cable to a USBC port in the motherboard.
-This is a Ableton 12 install that seems to be using Live 11 settings since all projects, vst paths etc are there...
-Before Push I was using Live with a Maschine mk2 and Komplete Kontrol MK1, both with MIDI scripts from NI and it worked flawlessly, actually, everything worked flawlessly from Ableton 10 to 12 including MIDI stuff, external synths midied thru USB etc.
It could be that it is a faulty unit but Im not sure... Any ideas or things to try out are welcome.
Thanks!
