Hi, I have a Zoom R16 that I occasionally use as an Audio Interface and MIDI controller.
Although it continues to work as an Interface, I cannot seem to get it to connect again as a MIDI controller and to be able to most importantly use the faders to control Ableton faders. The R16 firmware is up to date but has not changed so presumably somthing in the latest Ableton 11.x releases broke this for me.
I still have it connected apparently properly using the Mackie Control in and out ports for Track Remote, and Sync.
The R16 will show lights for which tracks are enabled for recording in Ableton actually so I guess that means it is connected successfully for out ports.
Nothing from the R16 can be set to control anything in Ableton which I guess means it is not connected successfully for in ports.
This is an old device granted, but would still love to use it for this.
Any advice whatsover would be appreciate, especially if you happen to be using this setup.
