a factory way to not receive modulation 1?

Hi there,
So I have a track loaded with Virtual Instruments, can I set this midi track to bypass any modulation CC1 incoming to its VSTi?

I can use a third party downloaded CC scaler to scale cc1 to 0 but wondering there should be an official way to do it

I have Max for Live, but not familiar with how to program it.... Is there a plug in or Max effect which comes with Max for Live can do this?

Thanks! but it's not factory built, it's customer built I suppose, wondering if there's any way which comes with Ableton?

The only way I can think of is if it’s already mapped to something else. Like a macro of an empty Rack.

the midi effect rack, yes there's marco, how can I have it mapped to something else?
