Massive playback latency in project

All of a sudden, I have massive playback latency in a project where I never noticed it before. I’m talking nearly a second. This is at 44.1 with a 64 sample buffer, so that’s not it. None of my other projects suffer this and I’ve tried deleting plugins but it persists. There’s no offset on any track. What am I missing?

Mystery solved. Pro-Q 4 was causing the massive latency. I started deleting whole groups of tracks until the latency issue disappeared. I then perused the guitar tracks whose removal solved the issue and started removing plug-ins. Removing Pro-Q 4 from both tracks ended the extreme latency.

And yes, I had forgotten that I just inserted this plugin. Senior moments.
