Dear Ableton Live Dev team,
There seems to be some inconsistent behaviour during group track vertical spacing:
My group tracks rarely go to a send so I like keeping the vertical spacing as minimal as possible to hide the sends.
As long as the group contains 5 or less tracks, vertical respacing of the group track is possible in order for it to show A. no sends and B. all tracks within the group.
As soon as a 6th track is introduced to the group, the group track grows automatically vertically to show sends and it is not possible to readjust it as doing so immediately hides all grouped tracks below.
A small thing but I enjoy keeping my vertical space as efficient as possible.
Many thanks for the fix and happy holidays,
Gian
Group track UI issue
Re: Group track UI issue
It's not an issue per se (i.e it's not a bug), but definitely a UI design that's been bothering a lot of us since group tracks were introduced.

I agree.
When a Group is full of Midi & Audio Tracks and the Group Track is minimized, the Group Track should have the same vertical Size as a single Track.
