Second instance of 10.3

I'm making changes of gear' computers, etc., and have a Live 10.3 on the desktop. Can I put a second instance of that on a laptop? If so, how do I authorize it? Thank you.

You are allowed to use Live on two computers.
You authorize Live as usual. It will prompt you after the installation or remind you after every start.
