Push 3 delivery is taking very long
Push 3 delivery is taking very long
Hello,
Ordered my Push 3 controller version very early in December, 2024 as part of the BF sale.
Waiting for almost 8 weeks, and it’s still not in stock / available from the website.
Just curious, who did receive their Push 3 (controller / standalone) lately?
Is 2-3 months the standard since Ableton choose to skip their reseller channels?
Regards,
Maik

Re: Who DID receive their Push 3 after BF sales?
Hi maik
I was in the same boat.
Last week on thursday, I recieved mine. Well, after going back and forth with the support. It was a way to go, but, yeah, finally it arrived.
They didnt want to tell me anything about backorder etc. But it‘s kinds obvious I reckon.
Maybe a friendly shout out in direction Ableton will help.
Otherwise be patient, it‘ll arrive.
Cheers
Chris

Good to hear you did receive yours. When did you order it, and is it the controller-version?
Strange thing is I did receive an e-mail that there’s a delay and it would take another 4 weeks.
But on my Ableton account it still says ‘available in less than a week’.
A ‘new order’ for the controller-version would say end of February, the standalone is in stock.
I did send a support request after I’ve contacted sales through the FAQ web form.

Support did answer my initial question… will have to wait another month.
So that would make at least 3 months to deliver a brand new Push 3 controller.
Really don’t know what’s the reason behind these kind of delays, but hopefully it doesn’t impact product warranty, too.
Glad my Push 2 is of a great build quality and therefore still functional, but still…

Re: Push 3 delivery is taking very long
Now, 1 month later and my account still shows: “Back in stock in less than a week”.
No updates. No shipping announcement.
Support takes long to respond.
Really like Ableton, so this I didn’t expect from the brand.
Is it a trend (across the entire music industry) or just a case of bad luck…?
Re: Push 3 delivery is taking very long
Speaking of which:
Unfortunately, due to further supply chain issues, your Push is now expected to ship in late March.
We’re sorry to keep you waiting so much longer than planned for it.
As soon as your Push is ready to ship, we’ll send you a payment link. When it’s on its way to you, you’ll receive tracking details from the courier.
We’ll include some Ableton merchandise in your package, as a small gesture of apology for the delay.
Re: Push 3 delivery is taking very long
Cancelled. Not okay how Ableton is handling this. Really disappointed.
Keeping customers waiting for over 4 months, while you have new standalone versions in stock.
Don’t know if killing the man in the middle was the best option for us users.
