Can transport STOP be clip automated?

The subj. header says it all: Can transport STOP be controlled by clip automation?

I thought there might perhaps be MMC messages in the MIDI category of automation options but didn't notice any MIDI parameters there that are specific to transport control, so I take it that transport doesn't fall under the established codec of MIDI control messages.

Any ideas?

It is easily doable with maxforlive. If you dont find an already made device for that purpose, we can make it for you. But it can be a good exercise for you if you dont know yet the maxforlive devloppement..
