[feature request] online manual - TOC should be at the beginning

[feature request] online manual - TOC should be at the beginning

In the online Move manual, the table of contents is at the very end, so you have to scroll to the end, find the TOC, and then click the links. Why isn't it at the beginning like every other manual?
