Hi I am hoping someone out there has the answer to help me pppplease. I have downloaded a Synaptiq plug in and I use Ableton and Reaper as my DAWs. I have been trying to get the plugin to be accepted or brought into either of them for days now.
***Simply put for those out there who had a similar issue what did you do to solve it?***
I will tell you what I have done beyond installing it.
Ilok shows it activated.
Zynaptiq's file folder shows the plugin activated.
I have downloaded the C++ redistributable for windows.
Made sure the plug in was in the default folder.
I use clear cache on every scan.
uninstalled Ilok and reinstalled it from Iloks website.
Reinstalled the plugin software from Zynaptiq.
Other plugins scan in perfectly.
Lastly, when I try to install it in Ableton Live Lite 10 it crashes the program. Then on restart of Ableton a popup window states the Zynaptiq plugin crashed the program would you like to try again or not. On retry another crash. With Reaper the DAW does not crash, but it simply shows it as a failed scan.
The Zynatiq plug in came from Zynaptiq's website.
