How to edit user configuration txt to use with Kontrol F1

Hi i'm new and want to know how to edit the user configuration txt with a traktor kontrol F1 midi controller and right now i'm using remotify's control surface studio, but i'm not able to control the drum racks, so remotify told me that i can use an user configuration txt with CSS but have to be separately, someone there know's how to edit correctly the user configuration txt in ableton 11 latest version? There are not actual information of it
