velocity sliders inactive

Hello everyone,

the velocity of some tracks has become impossible to adjust in the dynamics editor.
Yet the tracks seem to have the same settings
I also noticed that my keyboard (ARTURIA KEYLAB 49 MKII) did not change the volume of the notes played, regardless of how loud I played. Maybe I changed something but what????
Actually, I don't know if it comes from the keyboard or from Ableton.
I asked Arturia about it and I'm also waiting for help from them.

If you're using a soft-synth with a velocity>volume/filter/whatever parameter set to 0%, then velocity won't have any effect.
You need to set a parameter to respond to velocity.

If you have the same problem with each instrument and preset, then the issue is caused by the controller. You may want to check the Velocity setting in the Arturia MIDI Control Center app. Look in both the 'Controller Map' and 'Device Settings' sections. But first, check if the firmware of the controller is up to date.
