Ableton stuttering issue VST's

Everything was working fine, but now when I load my preset guitar rig Ableton project, or create a new one, with just Amplitube, (same happens with Tone X etc, so it is an Ableton issue,)

I get stuttering.

It is fine with the Standalone versions of the VST's though.

Any ideas?

I am on a 14900k 96gb memory, 5090, etc
