Why does the MIDI track with the clip record into the arrangement when the ARM button is disabled?

Gentlemen, as we all know, it is impossible to run a clip in session mode on a single midi track and, by enabling global recording, overlay signals from the midi keyboard on it. To combine data, you have to use two tracks: a summing track (with the keyboard) and an auxiliary track (with the clip). Why does the service track (with the clip) record into the arrangement even if the ARM button is disabled? After all, this wastes processor resources and creates inconvenience by having to delete these unnecessary records and created take lanes after each set is completed?
