Push 3 standalone freeze related to "1/8t" button

Hi everyone,

I'm having an issue with my Ableton Push 3 in standalone mode.

It doesn't happen every time but sometime when I press the "1/8t" button it freeze ... especially during live session
It happens with two different project and I also tried with empty project.

It almost always freezes when I quickly scroll through scenes in the session view. The freeze causes the device to completely lock up, requiring a manual restart. This happens even when offline, so it’s probably not related to network connectivity.
I was on the 2.1.10 version when the crash appear... I now on 2.2.1 and I got the same problem.
The push is running on external power. No midi devices connected for the quickly scroll test

Has anyone experienced this kind of problem ?
I asked to Ableton but it seems they don't know how to fix it :/

and I also tried with empty project.

And were you able to reproduce with this empty project?

Yes ! I get the crash with a simple project : one midi track with a factory drum rack, the same clip on the scenes.

Yes, it happened again.
I don't know what to do. I cannot use it during my live i guess

I tried several times but couldn't reproduce.
Are you using any M4L device in your Set?
Do you have any midi gear connected?

hey, I don't use m4l device.
Anyway as I told before I also tried with an empty project, create 1 track, 1 synth, without any midi device connected and experience the bug.
I already checked if there was midi feedback on my live set : no.
I'm able to reproduce the bug without m4L and without midi devices connected if I switch between the different scene quickly.

Here's some of the things I already tried but still experincing the bug :
- disconnecting all external devices
- trying the first recovery method
- keep updating my push manually
- disconnecting wifi connection
..

Did you update to 2.2.5 meanwhile?

Yes! I did it manually.

Then you should definitely report to Support.

Already did it but so far they didn't manage to find the problem :/

Well, yes but I'm not the only one neither. It may be an hardware problem with my Push?
I already send it back the first month for the clasical encoder problem
