session plays two takes lanes in comp simultaneously

Hi Guys,
I'm trying comp a piano track in Live 12.2.2, but for some reason it's playing back both the old take and the edited section from the new take lane at the same time. Do I need to change a setting, or is there any advice anyone can give? The issue just started yesterday and I've never had it before. Live software is up to date with the version (12.2.2) as is the Mac OS. I thought updating my Waves plugins had fixed it but it didn't. Thanks for reading.

This sounds like a bug. Have you experienced this again recently?
