Dead Computer and Additional Authorizations

Help!

My main computer died and I can't get on it to uninstall Live. I have no more authorizations available to re-install on the replacement computer. I have put in a request to remove the dead computer on the additional authorizations page, but I'm not sure if it went through. I haven't received any confirmation emails from Ableton that the request was received and in queue. I understand that it may take some time for them to get to my problem, but the lack of a confirmation email concerns me. It has been several days with no contact of any kind, anyone out there have any suggestions or advice?

There is no automatic way to remove an authorization from a computer--you have to ask the Ableton people to give you an additional authorization.
