Unable to move tracks or re-order their position

Hi,

For some reason in any session I call up, I am now unable to move or re-order tracks around by dragging them as I usually am able to do.
Can anyone shed some insight on what might be causing this. The tracks are not frozen or grouped.
I am using latest version of 12

This thread is a few days old now - did you solve this problem? If not, here are a couple questions:

- Does it happen in new sets with nothing but a few empty tracks?

- If you click on a track header and drag, do you get the horizontal bar that shows where the track will be placed when released? Or do you not even get that?

If you did solve it, maybe you could post your solution in case other people encounter the same issue.
