Push 3 s and live 11.3

Hello everyone. Please help. I can't install 11 Live inside Push 3. What could be the problem? I bought 11.3, the suite version for Push. It's installed on two MacBooks. I recently bought Push 3S. I connected it to my Wi-Fi network, authorized it, entered the six-digit password, and selected to install the 11.3 license. But after authorization and a reboot, the 12 intro remains inside Push 3. What could be the problem? Maybe it's because my Live is installed on both of my MacBooks, or why? Please help.

If you bought it recently then it comes with L12 pre-installed.
You need to manually install L11, here's how to do it. You'll find older installers in the downloads archive.
