Live 12 infinite circle spin freezing??

Hello all,
It has been a while since I have been trying to figure this out.

here was my question to the ableton team:
I am trying to figure out spinning circle freeze in Ableton Live. It has been happening since I updated to 12.2.3-12.2.5-12.2.6
When I open couple of instances of Komplete Kontrol VSTs with U-he Diva, 5-6 instances cause the spinning circle freeze. Also, most of my project containint plugins, after few minutes, Ableton freezes and I have to force quit. I deleted all the preferences and updated OS and NI to the most recent versions. Disconnected all the devices, just have 2 SSD Sandisk Extreme, one for sound libraries, and the other for project files.
I am on a Mac Mini M2 13.7.8 running Live 12.2.5 and now 12.2.6
Never had any issues before, computer is fast and it can handle a lot of VST instances. LIVE 11 works perfect with all the same plugins.
Guitar rig also causes this but randomly. The spinning circle happens in irregular intervals, cannot isolate the issue. I am not overloading live, as the CPU is always 10-15%
This freeze could also happen when trying to open plugin window, or it can happen when adding audio track and record enable it. Definitely, VST's are causing this issue. But the freeze happens randomly. I have tested the HD's with first AID as well, no issues found. I have Komplete, most recent version, u-he diva most recent, and Arturia, all running through Komplete Kontrol. Anyone experiencing this? I can not find more steps to troubleshoot. I also reinstalled Live. What else could it be? I had also freezes with loading couple of instances of XLN life, no other VSTs in the project. Now I can not work since this freeze happens in any project where there are VSTs. Mostly Guitar rig, u-he Diva, and others like Arturia through Komplete Kontrol. Now when I open any project, I could sometimes play it for couple of minutes, then the spinning circle happens randomly. Maybe the crash reports couple be helpful, I am including them in the attachment. Hope to hear from you soon! Thank you in advance.

Ableton team didn't say much by looking at the crash logs. They said "here are the plugins that are causing the crash..."
They listed Guitar Rig7, and Decapitator. But they Work in 11. In fact, 11 works perfect with an enormous amount of plugin instances.

In addition, I have tried to remove all the plugins that are possibly crashing the Spinning wheel freeze. And I still get spinning wheel freeze when I use stock plugins. I tried reinstalling LIve to 12.2.6 today, deleted all the system files, installed fresh and still the same problem. NI is up to date. Sound Toys up to date.

Anyone possibly have a clue what could cause this????

Did you check without any Native Instruments plugins? Dou you see the same issues with Diva if you use the group function in Ableton so without Komplete Kontrol?

I tried Diva without komplete kontrol...I start with couple of instances 4-5 and it freezes after couple of minutes.
Also, I have tried XLN Life, 4-5 instances the same thing happens.
Guitar Rig 7 doesn't like Live 12.x.x on Ventura OS

I am wondering if I should update to Sonoma OS?? I got no guarante that it will solve the problem, and it could be a painful labor

I am downloading Beta 12.3 and see if this will solve my issue. If not I will upgrade Mac OS Ventura, one step up to Sonoma

You can always send me a test project, so I can test on my systems running macOS 26 Tahoe

So far, 12.3 beta seems stable. Fiddling with projects that had crashed in the past, fiddling with Guitar rig multiple instances, Komplete Kontrol, Sound Toys, it seems stable so far, no freezes or crashes.
