Record while looping

Not sure if I'm in the right place as this is my first post.

Anyway, I want to play a loop in Audio 1 let's say, and record some improv on guitar in Audio 2.
I don't know how to record a long loop in Audio2 outside of the loop area designated in Audio 1..
Right now, it just records in the small loop area designated in Audio 1.

Hope that makes sense.
Any ideas.

Try recording in Session view.

Put your loop in a clip slot on audio 1. Turn Warp on and Turn on Looping for the clip

Record on Audio 2.

The clip on Audio 1 will just keep repeating.

The Clip on Audio 2 will be as long as your like.
