New PC optimized for Ableton and Arturia

I am to get a new PC that should be optimized for Ableton and Arturia PlugIns.
Can you please recommed a CPU. Budget for CPU around 300 Euro. All parts 1500 Euro.

I like to have low Latency it possilble. I already have an Focusrite USB Audio Interface.

PC should also be capable of Gaming.
