Live 11, Plugin Scan Greyed Out-Not possible At times

As the title says.

I have 12.3 and 11 installed.
Just mentioning cause i dont know if this is relevant to my issue.

So i notice that while 11 is showing me its Authorised and all should be good, sometimes what i Start it i see that i cannot let it scan Plugins
as the Option is greyed out. Some other times it works normally.

What could this be? Anyone experienced anything like this?

Most likely, you have multiple versions of Live open. Only the first one that opens has full functionality. If you close the first instance of Live, the second one won't automatically regain full functionality, so you need to close all instances and open just one.
