Ableton "capture midi" Problem\Bug

Hi guys! I got this terrible bug and its totally stopped my working process. When i try to capture midi in arrangement and session view, its randomly killing or not my previous midi recordings. MIDI arrangement overdub is turned on. I slightly remember some sort of this problem was long time before, but it suddenly appears now, and i simply have no idea how i can fix this.
