live 5 update/bugfixes

hi ableton team
it's about a month since live 5 was released.
since this initial release live 5 suffers from fundamental bugs.
at least from my point of view.
- send envelopes are not copied on clip level in session view.
- live5 crashes randomly when switching to/back from an external wave-editor.
my situation:
i opened former live 4 sessions in live5 and made several adjustment/development until i recognized the "envelope"-thing.
so i tried to switch back to live 4 but this doesn't work. live says "set could not be opened. set made with newer version of live. to many parameters/variables (or something like this). so for now i'm imbetween ...
starting with an earlier made, less developed set on live 4 and redo all my changes/additions. or continue working with l5 and redo all send-envelope settings when copying clips in session view.
for me this is an severe annoying issue.
i expect an application which is released to not suffer from such fundamental error.
nevertheless the app is cool as operator is.
come on - get it fixed...
