no factroy presets or content fils when downloading 5

just re downloaded 5 and to my dismay the verification failed upon completion of download. i was able to open the disc image but noticed no preset ot content folders, which could be the reason why live 5 doesnt open at all on my sytem... but live 4 does work and was installed the same way -downloaded from ableton so im thinking it's not an os prob...anyone suggestions
