Sessiontrack move - Live 5 (not responding) freezes machine

Hi , has anyone else had the error where moving a track in session crashes the app.

I moved a VSTi track about 3 places to the right (past 2 audio tracks) and I got a repeating noisey crash . Br Br Br Br Br Br
aiiiii! 100% cpu, hard restart!

XP pro
Pentium 4
M-audio Delta 66
Live 5.01

I'll check to see if it is repeatable.
