(Apologies if this has been previously covered. I searched but did not find...)
If you hold your mouse over the "Repl" button in the Clip View, there is a tip in the Info View that states:
"When importing multitrackaudio from another program into Live, you can import just one track, set Warp Markers, make one copy of the warped clip for each additional track of audio, and use this button to import each track, with Warp Markers already perfectly placed"
...except for the fact that, by design, the Replace button replaces all instances of the underlying sample for all clips that use it. So it seems to me that the only way for this tip to work would be to copy the sample, then use drag-and-drop to replace the sample in the copies.
