Can't Open Session [4.1.4]

Saved it. Restarted PC. Opened Live 4.1.4, then opened the session. Bottom of the screen just says loading session. Some HDD grinding then CPU goes though the roof (jumpy mouse, can't close Ableton or change windows). What the hell am I going to do?
