uc33-have to press buttons twice

anyone know why say if i assign the buttons on the uc33 to the cue buttons in live why you have to press them twice to make them go on or off, anyway of changing this so you only have to press them once ?

i think this is to do with the way your uc-33 buttons are setup. you should be able to change the way they trigger midi in a menu somewhere, so they are constant rather than like a switch. i am rubbish at explaining, have a read of the manual. hope i helped a little

Try the link below. I had the same problem but I was helped by another forum user. Also make sure you go to the evolution website and d/l the advanced manual (not included with the device for some wierd reason...)

The short answer to your question:
- Press the button you want to select it for programming
- Press the "DATA LSB" key twice
- Type in 127
After you've done this for all of the buttons, it's generally wise to store this information into a preset, as it will be lost the next time you power your uc-33 on.
