Out of sync!!??

I'm using Live 5.01 on my pc. The other day i loaded Microtonic v2, a few insances of Operator and Impulse for a new track. Ev'thin was goin fine till I routed a Midi track to my x-Station to play an appregiator. Then everytime I lstarted a new clip in session view it would start playin immediately and OUT OF SYNC!!!! I checked everywhere I thought the settings m ight be off, but could find nothing!! Why did this happen and can anyone help me fix it???
