Reaktor is showing 6% CPU - Live is showing 23% CPU

Reaktor is showing 6% CPU - Live is showing 23% CPU

WTF

If anyone has anyideas why this is then that would be great. I have Photone loaded with about 8% sometimes and Live showing "with just reaktor, nothing else" 28%.
