5.02 vst bug????

So I bring up my live set (made in 5.02) and fire up the first scene. For some reason, the clip on the reaktor track wont play until I switch to a different preset and then switch back again. Also, I'd been working on the same set for about 15 min, when I played a different scene and all the sudden, it happened with a clip in pro-53, while the set had been running the whole time.

Suggestions?
