double select transpose for remote

Post by shurik » Sat Oct 29, 2005 1:35 pm

Hi people,
Im using a remote25 to remote live.
everything worked fine, only now I have a strange problem:
everytime I try to assign the transpose controll of a certain clip to remote controll it, also the transpose of another certain clip is assigned! (always the same two clips).
I tryed 5 times, selecting the clip, assaigning transpose, moving knob of the remote, clicking in an empty slot to deselect everything, then checking the other clip: the transpose of it is also remoted! then I delete the controll of the wrong clip: the other one is also deleted...
anybody has an Idea?
thanks!

it's context specific - it controls whichever clip was selected last, not a specific clip

well
I guess for some needs its quiet handy..
maybe for the feature wishlist:
transpose can be assignet individual per clip OR context specific.
cheers

Well, that must be because you also selected the bass clip - isn't there any way you can avoid doing that? FYI, some of use *want* to be able to transpose multiple clips with one knob-tweak, by just selecting the clips and then tweaking.
