Huge Warping Problem

I've warped about 300 tracks for gigging. I burned them the a DVD-RW and took them to my pals OSX Powerbook. However some tracks will load up and NO LONGER be warped correctly. They load up again, as if there is no ALS file there. This will kill me in a gig, what the hell can I do? I also took the files home that do not warp in OSX, back to my place - where they work fine again.

I use XP, 5.02 he uses OSX 5.01
