sorry if this has already been done b4..

I'm Pilch from NSB and I thought I'd just start a little thread for us breaks ppl using Live.

Been writing breaks for a couple years after hoping over from the house garden and I'm lovin' it - Live's gr8 for writing breaks.., so far the breaks scene is treating me very well, 2 booties out already under the "Pilch n Play" guise... one "pilch" 2 track release coming out shortly, one track signed to MBN Records which will hopefully feature a Hi-8 rmx, and currently I'm pimpin' a new track to several labels wich is pretty tasty...

I write chunky, techy funky breaks (almost housey breaks) love me vocal useage...... not tooo much sub bass + twisted mishmash for me..

I'm from the SouthWest of England so if anyone wants to hook up for a beer giv us a shout :) I'm all up for helping others with audio work using Live.

That's me - if you want to add to this?? ideal, if not I hope you enjoyed wasting 2 minutes.!

wasn't looking for sample resources ;) but if it's those breaks from yesteryear then the homework's already been completed and handed in a bout a year ago :)

Welcome Pilch, I also produce breaks, as well as progressive house and minimal techno. As opposed to you, I love the sub bass and the twisted, all my music has a bit of a dark side, defs part of my personality! :D Hope you spend some quality time here with us.

i must chat to you sometime about labels to send things to. you and i are doing some fairly similar things at the moment! (though i have to admit i've moved back to the darkside of cubase :( )

did you read my offer of a remix? would gladly weave some shankly into your tunes and would welcome the same in return if you like? ....

Hey!

I'm over on NSB too but I forgot to put an "h" at the end of my name over here.

You also have me sitting on your msn list I believe Pilch.

Anyways... I occasionally dabble with a bit of breaks and my housemate is also a breaks supremo :D
