Losing warp points

I have a strange problem (in Ableton 5.02) that when i warp my tracks and save the asd file, nothing goes wrong. BUT, when i move the tracks INCLUDING the asd files, about 70% of the tracks that i moved loses their warp points. It seems ableton forgets warp points quiet alot, because sometimes im very sure i saved the warps of a track, and then i played it some time, and then theyre gone again!

Anyone familiar with this problem? Its REALLY annoying
