Is there a way of preventing Live from "stuttering" when changing mods in Rebirth?

I don't think you should have to change them while the music is playing anyway, right? I mean, during a set....
Remember that opening two applications is a strain on any system..... and making real-time changes to Rebirth AND live while they play in sync is alread pretty amazing.
