some latency recording weird problem

live show me a latency of 9.16 ms

when i record using midi clock start/stop on my emx-1 i have a 21 ms latency appearing for an unknown reason.

I did try to use the compensation without any success

I don't think live is the problem

Its prolly hardware related.

Anyone with that kind of probs ?
