"Iwill introduced its DK88 workstation and server motherboard based on the AMD Opteron platform and supporting up to 64GB of memory. The Iwill DK88 is expected to hit the market in the middle of August, according the company. The DK88 offers 16 DDR memory DIMMs (eight DIMMs per CPU) on board, with each DIMM supporting up to 4GB of memory. It also supports registered memory with ECC and chip-kill functions, the company stated."

It's a server board. 32Gb seems to be pretty standard there nowadays (though I know nothing about this stuff, just googling around)...seems like this is just one of the first ones offering 64Gb. They even have a 128Gb system on the IWill site.

it's a server or a workstation, so that should be avaiable for home usage... 64 gig of ram is $55.000 though!

Are these really the minimum specs for 5.03?

I'll need a lot more than that outdated, hand cranked contraption has
Tho' the idea of being able to say that you can play back 64Gb's worth of buffer underruns SIMULTANEOUSLY is somewhat appealing
