Directdraw initialization error

Hi, I installed the new version 2.03 and the new DX 9 version,but when I want to load Live i get this "Directdraw initialization error" menu and when I click OK Live disapears ..anybody have a solution? I have the latest video drivers for Titanium4200 :(
