M-Audio Delta 44 Audio Interface anyone? I'm having problems

I recently got a Delta 44 audio interface, everything is going good, it came bundled with Ableton Live lite 4. It took me awhile to get my head around Live's features and user capabilities but I believe I've figured out most of it. I've tracked an electro drum track for one song so far. I just recorded it straight from the sequencer, but now I want to add a synth line on top of it, I'm using a Juno-60 (no midi :\). Everytime I press a key on the Juno it takes about 1.5 seconds to come out of my speakers. I have the two outs on the juno plugged into the two ins on the Delta 44, I have Live set up to output all the sounds to my standard audio card since I can't afford Studio Moniters at the moment. However I do have one output from the Delta 44 going to a really old P.A. mixer that is running to a speaker cab. Very unorthadox I know but it's all I have at the moment lol. I just need to know why there is a pause between pressing a key on the juno and the sound coming from the speakers. Thanks![/b]
