Live 5 Hangs When Reading VST Plugins Directory

It seems Live 5 is unable to add my plugin directiory which consists of a little over 100 installed plguins. It really seems to choke on the larger plugins. I'm really not sure what it's doing with each plugin, but it's really CPU intensive. After about 30-40 minutes of waiting I have to force Live to quit.

Any help would be apprecaited.

remove several folders from your plugin directory, then try again. with this method you can find out which plugin is causing trouble. it's no solution to fix the problem, but you can determine ans isolate it.
