why 0.5 on coarse tuning of Operator

Could someone tell me, please, why the coarse tuning of 2nd, 3rd and 4th operator could be set only to 0.5 NOT 0.0 in Operator? In older version there was zero possible...

If it's been changed (just got operator a month ago) I think it has been changed to properly reflect the use of the coarse knob - to shift through harmonic relationships - ie divisions and multiples of the original pitch.

Just switch to fixed frequency and set the multiplier to 0 to get the 0.0 option.
