Live 5 & Pro Sessions Premium Instruments ?

Are any of these compatable with Live? I didnt think they would be. Are there any acoustic guitar effects out there that are compatable if these series of sounds arent?

Sure, it looks like they are just samples and loops. I might be wrong, but even if the files are a different format you could convert them.
