Timing, timing, Timing.

Post by primo » Wed Feb 08, 2006 11:16 pm

Every version of live I've used from live 2-4 has been rock solid except live 5. I get to almost completion f a project and then one day I re-open the project and the timing has gone all over the place - audio and midi and rewire, all out of sync with eachother :( this is regardless of whether I have delay compensation switched off or on :(
I can rectify this with manual delays but when I render the results the timing issues are back on the rendered file :( :( :(
Help

To clairfy, this is not just a rewire issue - it happens even without any rewire running.

timing- I feel your pain.
I want the delay compensation to be like a tempo wrapping everything up into an unbreakable clock, for rewire, vsti, external MIDI...with the ability to adjust external groove with the ableton groove. It will happen...have faith in the abletons.
