I don't know if you can get the full manual with the demo download. But the Battery 2 manual has some really really useful tips and tricks that apply to lots of things outside of battery. Especially the tips and tricks section, lots of useful information on how to make your drums sound a lot better.
I think the Izotope website has a manual that talks about mastering techniques on it that can easily apply to other programs also.
These are what manuals should be like. Not turn this knob called attack and it will change the attack of the compression, but "if you raise the attack knob it'll do this... this works especially well when you're tring to achieve this sound" etc.
Anyone else know of any other good manuals?
