Performance Issues with this version

Damn this Live is a hog...someone optimize it
My Cpu Shows 15% but the program responds as though it is being pushed to the extremes.GUI performace is still really bad for me
Moving Clips from one track to another,adjusting loop settings,firing clips,stopping clips is so slow.Sometimes you miss fire clips etc.
I am purposely being very careful with my version of live.I have no FX no Instruments loaded or turned on and just playing back some audio, but it is still giving me cause for concern at only 15%.
Something is not right.
Please check this ableton and optimise the program so it performs/reponds at low cpu use the way other programs do if possible.(I hope 5.2 will address these problems)

yep making a tune last night with 10 tracks of audio no FX and GUI starts with the shit performance with CPU at about 10-15%.

Oh my god thats so gay!
