Check out my set - feedback appreciated

Post by pointthreefive » Wed May 07, 2003 10:16 am

Hello all,

I've just uploaded a recent live set done entirely on Ableton. If you guys have the time and can be bothered give it a listen and let me know what you think.

Some loops are from the 'Artists' page others are 'borrowed' from other tracks.

Cheers,

It's a Sony Viao F801A (256mb), not that great but it does the job nicely. The soundcard isn't all that bad for playback, not that great for recording audio though.

Impressive.
Is it only one 28 mn set in Live or you pasted several pieces together?

What did you use (software, samples...) to build this set?

It's really good.

You should save your file as MP3 (32 bitrates).
You could reach more people.

8 Fold,

I have no idea why it wouldn't stream - I know retropublik have been updateing their web site recently - works fine on the several PC's I've used (what version of real player are you using?)

Flevenuer,

Thanks very much - the 28min set was done in one pass no edits streamed directly to hard disk, rendered and burnt to CD. we've now managed to get the set up to about 40mins, only problem is no one will give us a gig (it's all banging techno & 80's revivalist over here).

Cheers again
